  Worst experience I’ve ever had. The phone call to set up my appointment started the whole experience and that was less then impressive as I was told bringing 7 people (in my wedding) was an over exertion on my part. Then, we get there and while it was more then likely not the intent of the consultant to be tacky when addressing my dress size, she nearly dropped all of jaws with me to the floor as she made it a point to state I could not, would not, fit in a size and that only high school girls could fit in them (sizes 0-4), I’m a petite individual and have been sized to a 2-4 bridal. None of which truly matters because typically dresses are available to try on in a 10-12 and are clipped to fit you, however they would not do that for dresses that I chose to try-so everything fit extremely poorly and left no room to imagine possibility. They switched consultants in an honest effort to redeem the situation, which was appreciated-but the entire environment is anything but personal. Not sure how any bride could possibly feel good about parading around in front of numerous families and guests while multiple girls are attempting to find their dress. Dresses are uncomfortably dispersed and traded as soon as she steps off the fitting space —it’s a “say yes to the dress” competitive and chaotic feel. If you are looking for that-by all means check them out. Dresses are also marked up over 50% higher then surrounding boutiques. A dress I found for 1300 was marked up to 3000 at hopes. The only positive was the offer of bringing dresses from other locations to try, which I very much appreciated. None the less, I left in tears from feeling so mortified by the initial service and experience. Truly not worth the energy.

  Absolutely 100% recommend this place!! Diane and her staff are so helpful. They take their time to help you find the perfect dress. I’ve bought my own prom dress and bridesmaids dress here. Many friends have bought prom, wedding and bridesmaid dresses here. Definitely go check out Hopes for all bridal and prom needs!!!!
